About Me

My background is in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing.  I am a graduate of the Graphic Design Production, and Web Animation and Design programs at Georgian College.  I am working toward a Marketing Diploma with a Focus on Digital Marketing from McMaster University.

Since graduating I have worked as a freelance web designer and graphic artist.  This experience has been incredibly valuable not only from a technical standpoint, but also in honing the craft and learning the importance of great customer service. My most recent foray into e-commerce included starting my own product line through Amazon. This experience has taught me the value of putting the customer first to build a successful brand that will stand the test of time.

As a web design professional, I have become deeply familiar with WordPress.  It had become a staple product with my customers. Upon building my own e-commerce business, I started to work with Shopify to build the business website, and value its ease of use and flexibility. I have also designed several custom CMS websites and provided SEO services.  I have been providing WordPress troubleshooting solutions, hosting, and design to my valued customers for several years, and have deeply enjoyed this experience. I’m extremely motivated, organized and disciplined - you have to be to work from home.

I take great pride in developing relationships with my clients and always strive to deliver effective, focused, and on-target products and services that fit my clients’ needs and goals—and, it’s important to note, I’ve never had a dissatisfied client.

To the team I bring a commitment to outstanding customer service; I want to help businesses succeed. My, and my family’s schedules are such that I can be extremely flexible with my hours of availability. I am ready to contribute anytime, 24/7. My previous work and educational experience with Shopify, and from what I have learned about the Shopify team through communication with several of its members, lead me to believe I can become a valued and successful team player.
